There were more than the positive owns so we are disappointing: the rooms were extremely warm and the air conditioning was not working, we had to wake up every 3 hours at night to open the window, the window you can only open with a key from the reception and once we waited for it for 45min, the room service was fine but once we told them to come later but they did not come at all eventually (not nice), the internet is a joke, the connection keep dropping when you need it the most.
