We were on the way to the border and decided to stop for a night in Imst on a friday.

Having travelled by car from Greece we were hot, aching and tired so the sight of an actual bath was very welcome indeed. Guests staying at this chalet have access to a terrace.

Wait it's still the best in Imst and a very good one for Austrian standard! The food and staff at Hirschen Hotel are fantastic! With each main dish comes a salad you can create yourself from the salad bar, something I always look forward too....Been in Hirschen a few times. Really nice hotel. Booking.com B.V. is based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and is supported internationally by I will definitely return to this hotel if I am in Imst again.Very comfortable, quiet and very clean. There was a nice street festival with live music at two corners of the main street. All our party thought it was tasty and well presented....When I'm in the neighborhood of Imst, Zum Hirschen is on my diner list. Imst was well worth the visit.

The hotel provided a safe place to store our bicycles. Set in a traditional-style building in Imst, Gasthof Sonne is in the center of village and a 5-minute drive from Hochimst Ski Area.
