We had such a great experience. They Also...Gyoza out of this world. We were the day before at Takumi sapporo 9 and the ramen there was much better.Went there a monday evening. Go for the Tonkotsu which was punchy and rich, as good as the ramen in London.A big place relatively to a traditional ramen venue but with a traditional ramen menu. The food was awesome and the servers were fantastic. Got the gyoza, tonkatsu, and miso ramen. The pork is a bit on the skimpy side, and the tonkatsu ramen seemed to have less toppings.
Tonkotsu was great and shoyu were great.
Gipsstr. This place has one of the best fried dumplings I have ever had!! Highly recommend checking this out if you are in town!I am a fan! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very good, however I would not rate the ramen as amazing. Ramen ist echtes Soul Food aus Japan. It's a soft, moist noodle wrapped around shrimp & put into hot water and served with green onions on top. Luckily we got a spot even though there were 6 of us.
I found this little gym on a few different websites & can say this hole-in-the-wall didn't disappoint. I wish this place was closer to my house, because I would eat here more often. Once we got inside we realised it was worth the wait. Amazing. There was a long line outside but it was worth the wait.
But the broth was a little watery. Of course you had to line up for it. My coworkers and I went there early, before it opened and there were already people in line.
